Fortify Services is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team. Based in Toronto, we provide locksmith, garage door, doors and windows, and home improvement services to customers across Ontario.
In this role, you’ll speak with new and existing customers, understand their needs, recommend the right services and turn inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Respond to incoming calls and online inquiries
Explain services clearly and provide accurate information
Prepare estimates and follow up with prospective customers
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
Build strong customer relationships
Meet individual and team sales targets
